We had multiple companies come out trying to fix our refrigerator and dish washer issue but they weren’t successful and had communication issue/language barrier. After we found Sunny with ApplianceCheck on thumbtack, we quickly knew he is experienced and well trained. Came out same-day to service our refrigerator and got it cooling within 1 hour. I really appreciate Sunny’s services and would highly recommended to all family and friends.

Sunny was amazing. He knew right away what the problem might be and came prepared with the parts he anticipated needing to perform the repair. He kept me in the loop on the progress and provided recommendations for hiw to keep the dryer operating at its best. He provided an estimate and the final price aligned with the original quote. I'd highly recommend.

Sunny knows his stuff. He was able to discern what the specific issue was with our fridge before even arriving. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and he recommended a solution that actually worked for our complicated fridge water issue. I appreciated how responsive he was, replying within minutes of my messages to him, and he saved me from having to buy a new fridge! If I have any other appliance issues I will definitely hire Sunny again because he's a kind professional with integrity. Sunny responded quickly to my inquiry for appliance repair services for my freezer. He was able to accommodate my schedule for the next day. He was transparent in his pricing in our correspondence and explained what he needed to do when he arrived. His attention to detail, and explanation of what he was doing and why was appreciated. He went out of his way to correct an issue unrelated to this project and did not charge more for correcting the discovered issue. He cleaned up the work area upon completion and successfully fixed the problem. I will continue using his services in the future (repair and appliance sales).
